STREETLABEL
A curated men's streetwear brand built on an honest, availability-first social-commerce model — drops sell through WhatsApp and TikTok, not a traditional checkout.

The Problem
Streetwear resellers routinely overpromise on stock, advertising items they can't actually deliver. Street Label wanted a storefront that matched its honest, one-person-curated ethos rather than a generic e-commerce template.
- •Traditional checkout implies guaranteed stock the brand can't always honor
- •Customers already prefer to buy over WhatsApp and TikTok, not web carts
- •Weekly limited drops need a storefront that feels exclusive and current
- •Inventory honesty — being upfront about availability — had to be built in
The Action
Designed and built a fast, editorial storefront with an availability-first ordering flow that routes every purchase through WhatsApp while showcasing weekly drops.
- •Built a Next.js storefront with an editorial catalog and featured-drop showcase
- •Replaced checkout with a "check availability" flow that deep-links to WhatsApp
- •Integrated TikTok and Cloudinary to surface weekly drops and optimized imagery
- •Surfaced "last confirmed" dates so customers always know real availability
